love it to the moon and back
I love this product because it is gentle on my skin, it cleans my face from the dirt perfectly, I don’t have to worry about my face being red because this product won’t do that. I just need a tinny small amount on my palm and can clean the whole face perfectly. The price, you got what you paid! This is a gold, what are you waiting for?

Great cleanser for oily/combo skin
I really like this cleanser! It lathers really well, it has a thick/creamy consistency & you don’t need much; a little goes a long way. It also doesn’t make my skin feel super tight afterwards which happens with a lot of other cleansers, my skin looks & feels matte & fresh. It doesn’t have a lot of ingredients which is another plus. The only drawback is that it is a bit pricey.

Emptied the bottle but not my favorite
I purchased this after trying another cleanser from the Effaclar line, the one that is more of a foaming gel cleanser. I loved that one so much but this one was reviewed more and seem to be more popular so I wanted to try it. I didn’t hate it, but it gave me a tighter feeling after washing. My moisturizer was able to relieve that dry tight feeling so I had no problem finishing the bottle. A little goes a long way, the tube lasted about 7 months. It really does foam up which is nice. It just left me feeling tight, as if I had used the wrong type of soap to go with the hard water I have.

Get it already! This cleanser makes my skin squeaky clean without stripping it from its natural oils. The price is magnificent, especially when you look at the size of the tube. I’ve purchased it many times before!

My own experience using La Roche-Posay Effaar Cram
I have used this product for about 3 years when I was struggling with acne. It didn’t help much. At least the way I expected. My skin always felt dry and acne remained.
After changing to another product, I realized that the problem with cleansers for oily skin is that it usually removes all the moisture of one’s skin. That’s not effective because one’s skin needs moisture. And when a product removes all of it, one’s body feels the necessity of producing more oil. Therefore, I personally recommend looking for other cleanser options.

Finally found a good cleanser for my skin
My sister told me about this cleanse. I was skeptical at first, but since my prior cleanser couldn't help with my oily skin, so I gave this a try. I have been using this for a year and will keep using it. My face does not have as much oil as it did before, and does not get dried out either. Just perfect!

The best face cleanser ever
I’ve been using this face wash for nearly 15 years and absolutely love it. It nearly eliminated breakouts. I’m in my 40s now and constantly get asked what I do to keep my skin looking so young and fresh. I attribute it to consistent morning and night use of this cleanser. It’s never available in stores, but absolutely worth ordering online. I’m anxious La Roche Posay will stop making it one day!

Not for me.
Didn’t really notice a difference while using this face cleanser on and off for two weeks. My skin felt slightly tight/dry after washing but nothing too uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t reuse just because I don’t really think it benefits my skin right now. My skin isn’t very oily and I have no active breakouts currently so I can’t tell if actually does what it claims. Overall not a bad cleanser but, it’s just not for me.

First thoughts were, the
First thoughts were, the smell is interesting and my face feels different after using it. However, I love it !! I use it daily and it really cleanses my skin deep and gets all the oil out. My face is definitely less oily. I highly recommend it for my oil prone friends !

Not Bad, Not My Favorite
This face wash smells nice and clean and made my face feel soft after using it but when I woke up the next morning my face was extremely oily. I think this face wash would work better on dry skin. I will definitely finish the bottle because waking up oily isn’t a deal breaker since I wash my face every morning and night but I’m not sure if I would go out and buy this face wash on my own.

Great for oily skin not for combination skin
I have combination oily to dry skin. I also on top of that have sensitive skin. This product is okay. I've been trying it for two weeks now and have not noticed much of a change other than my skin is softer and not as oily. Looking online before trying this product I noticed that it is a part of a three step regime. I'm going to try it for the rest of this month but I have tried better products. Great Cleanser
I really like this La Roche Posay Effaclear cleanser. This cleanser gives a really great lather and not a lot is needed to cover the face. The texture is creamy and soft. My skin feels moth and soft after using. This rinses off easily, definitely recommend this cleanser.

I’ve been really enjoying this product. I love the way it lathers it produces a lot of bubble and it feels so nice on the skin. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the dry feeling once you wash off the product but it’s great at removing EVERYTHING.

Face wash
First off this face wash bottle was easy to unwrap. After squeezing some into my hand the face wash went back into the clean and easy. There was no liquid spilling or leaking on the side of the bottle. It just went back into the bottle smoothly which is what I love the most. I hate when my bottle top gets dirty. The face wash it self was light and non oily or greasy. A small amount went a long way. I will say not to use it again f you just got done scratching your face. It will sting a little bit. Overall a very good face wash so far. Only used it once though.
