Lipo-Hydroxy Acid: Also known as LHA, it's a derivative of salicylic acid, and has exfoliating and skin surface renewing properties.
Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.
Dimethicone: A silicone-based polymer used as a skin protectant to help reduce water loss.

One of the best
One of the best wake up remover wipes. It’s very gentle and the liquid is slightly creamier than other wipes so it removes makeup better and doesn’t leave the skin stripped. Wipes are not good for the environment, I would only use these every few weeks.

I was surprised!
I had received a sample pack of these months ago and used them on an overnight trip. VERY good results. They did clean and brighten my skin and I didn't notice any terrible smell. I have to guard against dry and dehydrated skin since I live in Colorado, and I find other wipes leave an oily, sometimes sticky, residue on the surface of my skin...not feeling clean at all. These leave my skin feeling very clean and I can then put a moisturizer on.

I bought these at CVS and I have never put a product on my face that smells so disgusting! I love La Roche usually but can't use these due to the smell. My Boyfriend asked what died in the bathroom after I tried them - I couldn't even stand the smell for a single minute I immediately had to shower and light a candle.

Something is wrong with this formula
I've never smelled such a foul odor that I was being asked to put on my face. There is something wrong with the formula. It's labeled fragrance-free, but it's not. I use several other La Roche-Posay products and have always been pleased. These are going in the trash.

I am a huge fan of this brand, these wipes are great. They are not oily and dont make me break out. I love the fact that they use thermal spring water in them and that they are tested for sensitive skin. Do not use them on your eyes because they do burn. I love these wipes and would recommend them over something like Neutrogena.

Most revolting thing I've ever smelt
These wipes smell disgusting! Smells like sour mildew and dirty feet. Made me cringe. Will not purchase. Their cleansers are good but these wipes should be recalled.

Awful smell.
I reallyyyy hoped for something great for expensive makeup wipes. Unfortin7, for some odd reason, they smelled like LITERAL CAT URINE. It's incredibly disgusting UGH. I really hope your company changes this.

Smell - it’s not the case ALWAYS
I have been using these for the past couple months and have had really good results however the last pack I bought totally smelled like a wet rag! Honestly it’s really bad and it’s odd to see all the reviews below about the smell because the first 2 packs I bought DID NOT SMELL AT ALL. I’m not too sure if it’s the lighting in the store or what? But I’m sort of concerned

Smells awful!
I use facial wipes at night & love most La Roche Posay products for my mild rosacea. Bought the Effaclar wipes but they smell bad & are not very moist. Why do they smell? Will not purchase again.

Mi don’t normally use wipes, cause I do double cleanse and it doesn’t feel like I clean my face, but when I do I use these in particular!! They are soft, don’t have scent and work really good for delicate skin. Give them a try if your are into wipes, because they are amazing.
