KEY INGREDIENTS:
Lipo-Hydroxy Acid: Also known as LHA, it's a derivative of salicylic acid, and has exfoliating and skin surface renewing properties.Perlite: A powder derived from volcanic rock. It is able to absorb water or oil and is known to provide a matte finish on skin.
Silica: A type of powder with a spherical bead shape that provides a silky feel and soft focus effect. It is lightweight and is able to absorb a significant amount of oil from skin.
Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.
Dimethicone: A silicone-based polymer used as a skin protectant to help reduce water loss.
Salicylic Acid: Known for its effective exfoliating properties to help clear and refine the appearance of pores. An ideal choice for those concerned with clogged pores and oily skin.

Bad Batch
They changed the formula. My previous purchase was top tier. This was a dud. My skin is slick with oil. I contacted customer service, and they recommended I return the bottle where I originally purchased it from- without care of their product failing. Disappointed with the product and my experience with La Roche-Posay.

Perfect for oily skin
This moisturizer has been so good for.my oily skin. I use it in the mornings and it is the right amount of moisturizing while cutting down on how quickly my face gets oily. For me it doesn't keep the oil at bay all day but it does for longer than any other moisturizers I have tried. It also doesn't break me out

Very moisturizing, matte at first
I like how matte this moisturizer is when I first apply it and for an hour or so afterwards, but unfortunately, the oil comes back and I feel like I need to wash all over again. It does moisturize very well, and my skin is quite soft for that first hour. If only the effect lasted longer! I do recommend the product if your skin isn't just an oily mess all the time like mine seems to be. Little to no fragrance, very gentle.

i've bought two of these now, but after about three weeks of using it i started to get a lot of pustules, which ive never had a problem with before. When i took a break from this moisturizer for about two weeks they went away. i'm currently trying to use it again, as it did really help my oily skin.
even tho it leaves my face too dry sometimes.

It’s a good product for combination skin but it leaves my skin a bit shiny. I’m not impressed. Was expecting more from this product but overall is good. Another thing is that it comes in a small container vs the big effaclar face wash that is much bigger.

Helped my oily skin, I didn't like the matte feel
I thought this moisturizer would do the job for my skin and it did help a lot with my oiliness, I just don't like the matte feeling on my skin because it doesn't feel hydrating and moisturized as much, although my skin doesn't feel dry.

Best face moisturizer for oily skin!
This face moisturizer is great! It doesn’t leave oily residue. I apply it in the morning after my sunscreen and at night after my serum treatment. It leaves a thin layer that serves as a non comedogenic primer and it has the very nice smell as all other La Roche products. If you’re worried about it being too little for such an expensive price, your really only need two drops of the moisturizer to cover the entire face, which is also true for most La Roche products, so they last a long time. The only thing I have against this product is that it says it’s mattifying but it leaves no matte color.

Perfect Solution
This is the one!!! My face was becoming more oily and shiny to a point that was getting out of control. I live in Florida so humidity and hot weather so add that to my problem. I found this product and combined with effaclar Micellar Water for Oily Skin is a game changer. I had used for 1 day so far and I can feel a LOT difference and last it the whole day.

Amazing!
I started using this product like 2 months ago, and it is a serious game changer. I was using the Effaclar line already, the face wash, the duo spot treatment, and sometimes the toner which dried my face out. I would always try lotions and it would break me out even more. Then I started using this treatment. I went from having like 4 new breakouts a day down to one or none. It’s also nice because it doesn’t give you that greasy film afterwards. I usually don’t write reviews ever, but this is one product that I would suggest to ANYONE. It helps break outs, it helps moisturize your skin, especially if you have combination skin like I do. And it leaves you feeling refreshed in the morning. I have been feeling so much more confident in my skin and I love it. And because it’s not greasy, I can finally put lotion on in the morning. Every other lotion would make me look like I was greasy or like I was sweating, but this one absorbs right in and skin looks amazing. The only issue I have with it, is the fact that it’s so small. It runs out really quick, and I usually hate having to spend money, but for this it’s so worth it for me.

I'm a big fan
I'm a big fan of La Roche Posay's Duo+ cream but with my skin being more oily combination these days and my breakouts being less frequent I decided to focus my day cream more on oil control, so picked this up as also from the Effaclar range.
I'm amazed at the difference, normally after a few hours my face feels shiny again but since using this my face is matte all day.
