KEY INGREDIENTS
2% Salicylic Acid: Known for its effective exfoliating properties to help clear and refine the appearance of pores. An ideal choice for those concerned with clogged pores and oily skin.
Lipo-Hydroxy Acid: Also known as LHA, it's a derivative of salicylic acid, and has exfolaiting and skin renewing properties.
Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.

Step 1: Use daily, wet face with lukewarm water and gently massage to form a rich lather

Holy grail product!
This product deserves so much praise!! I’ve been using this cleanser since I was 13, it cleared my acne up and kept it away even through puberty (miracle!). I rarer get pimples and if I do, it’s maybe 1-2 every couple months. I can’t recommend this product enough

Total game changer
This product has drastically changed my skin! As I'm getting older, my skin started becoming extremely oily and I had terrible texture around my mouth and chin. This product has helped reduce the texture and helps control the oil! I love how my skin feels after using this every morning.

Ive been on the look out for a perfect skin care routine and sadly this didn't make the cut. My skin is very complicated its combonation mainly dry (only oilt on my nose) dehydrated, acne prone sensitive I have blackheads which it helped with a bit but not much. This just make my skin very dry. I wanted to like it but it just wasn't meant for me

Amazing!!

Most Helpful Acne Wash I’ve Ever Used
This was the first product that I felt actually made a change to my face. I struggled with painful cystic acne, the super gross kind that never surfaced but just builds under the skin. Now that I use this, I still get a few pimples here and there but small ones that go away quickly and I no longer have cystic acne. I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with this. My skin is so much smoother and paired with the La roche posay ultra repair moisturizer, I feel like I have experienced so much healing. I really do love it.

It was an upgrade from differin cleanser
I love that it’s clear, it seems cleaner that way and it works better for my cystic acne than differin that I was using. It doesn’t dry out my face as much either and I also use it on my chest, shoulders, and back and I’m really liking it, it did not disappoint.
Also I’m no longer bleaching everything 👍🏻

Instantly improved skin texture & appearance
I got this to help with some hormonal acne, and WOW - it instantly improves the texture & feel of your skin. I find this more effective and less drying than other comparable products. Alone, it didn't totally get rid of my acne but I did notice improvement, and I appreciated and quickly noticed the additional benefits to my skin. This product has also helped reduce blackheads and pores on my nose. There are immediate results & significant improvements to my skin with regular use, which I love! If you are looking to treat acne, you will still need to use additional products to get the best effects, but this is a great staple to have.

My immediate go to every time
I've tried proactive before and nothing compared to how well la Roche cleared my skin of acne. I recommend this more as the main ingredient is salicylic acid that helps clear the skin of any dirt, oils gently without stripping the skin and feeling excessively dry like an over all benzoyl peroxide based cleanser would.

Great wash, not great package
I have very oily skin and moderate hormonal acne. I've been buying this wash for a few years now, it really helps calm down my regular breakouts. It can be very drying, but with a good moisturizer it works well for me. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the bottle itself. I've bought other La Roche face washes before, but this has been the only bottle that continuously leaks. I usually have to put it in a plastic bag so my basket and other items don't get soap from this bottle on them. I feel like the standing bottle would be so much better.

I have only ever repurchased a cleanser one other time (Milk Makeup Vegan Milk Cleanser), and although I loved that other cleanser for hydration, it did NOTHING for my acne. That’s when I decided to try a variety of cleansers and found NOTHING to my liking, at least not until I came across the la roche posay cleanser! This cleanser along with other products from the line have changed the way I see skincare now. Back then it felt like such a chore and now that I’ve actually found products that work for my skin, it feels like a luxury! This cleanser does not try me out like all other acne cleansers! It really has helped me with acne that I’ve been struggling with for over a decade now! Give this a shot, it’s worth it I promise!

The best. Ever.
My favorite face wash ever. I've been using this for well over a year and I love it so much. I like to cleanse my face with it and then let it sit for like a minute before I rinse it off to really let the product penetrate my skin. I've seen such a difference! Way less breakouts, nice and even completion, eliminates the blackheads on my nose making my pores look larger. I love the way it feels on my skin, it's not drying at all, and I felt like it works fast. I'm always recommending this brand to friends and family. Their products are my holy grail.
