KEY INGREDIENTS
La Roche-Posay Prebiotic Thermal Water: A soothing water sourced in the town of La Roche-Posay in France and a core ingredient in most of our products. It contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant.
Ceramide: Ceramides are lipids naturally found in skin. They play an essential role to help retain moisture and maintain a healthy skin barrier. Ceramide 3, also known as Ceramide NP, is a skin-identical lipid used in our formulas to help support the skin moisture barrier.
Niacinamide: A form of vitamin B3, niacinamide is a water soluble vitamin. It is widely used in dermatology for its soothing properties, helping restore skin's moisture barrier, and visibly fading skin discolorations.
Perlite: A powder derived from volcanic rock. It is able to absorb water or oil and is known to provide a matte finish on skin.
Silica: A type of powder with a spherical bead shape that provides a silky feel and soft focus effect. It is lightweight and is able to absorb a significant amount of oil from skin.

I have absolutely been loving this moisturizer! It doesn’t feel greasy at all, sinks into the skin well and hydrates my face so well. I’m personally happy it has no scent for my skins sake. Clean, light, non-greasy feel
I use this almost every morning and evening as the last step in my skincare routine. You don’t even need as much as you see in my photo. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. It doesn’t leave a shine. It doesn’t affect makeup application at all either. A big perk for me is there is no real scent. I would buy this in the future.

Great under makeup
This moisturizer was great for my combination skin, especially during the warmer months. The texture reminded me of a gel-cream, and absorbed nicely leaving my skin feeling decently hydrated but with a matte finish. This worked so well under makeup, almost like a mattifying primer and really helped keep my foundation from separating. I wouldn’t be able to use this product alone in winter because of how dry my climate is, but I will still continue to use it overtop a heavier moisturizer before applying makeup. I also love that it’s fragrance-free for those with sensitive skin. The size is quite generous for a moisturizer, and although I thought the wide bottle shape was a bit odd at first, I actually like that I can keep it toward the front of my products on my vanity. I would definitely buy more of this one when I run out!

I really liked the LA Roche-Posay Double repair Matte moisturizer. I have sensitive combination skin, so sometimes its dry, sometimes it's oily... The one thing I liked about this lotion is the matte part. Unlike other lotions that stay shiny on your skin, this one seems to apply really smooth and stays a matte texture!

Like the consistency and how it feels in the face. Unfortunately it peels off when using mineral sunscreen. I wish it could have a moisturizer version that was already paired up with sunscreen so we wouldn’t have to use another product on top
